James A. Germano, M.D., is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedist who subspecializes in total hip and knee replacement, with a special interest in revision arthroplasty. One of Long Island's only hip arthroscopy surgeons, he joined Orlin & Cohen in 2008. Dr. Germano has co-published and presented papers on various leading-edge techniques related to hip replacement and fracture repair. He is skilled in minimally invasive and computer-assisted surgery, as well as alternative bearing surgery.
